All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order and must state the reason for the return.
Any return for FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted by FEDEX or UPS within 14 days of the date customer received the merchandise. DO NOT SEND VIA POSTAL. Returns that are damaged, marked, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Merchandise can only be returned with original tags intact.
VIERECK merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Before you return your item, you must request an RA (Return Authorization) number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Merchandise returned to VIERECK without an RA will NOT be eligible for refund.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size or style, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Once the return is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be emailed to you. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and must insure item(s) for their full value.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied. If you got free shipping with your original purchase, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before you refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive the return credit in the form of a coupon code for the full value of the return once the item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to his/herself to give to you later, he/she will be informed about the return, and we will send a refund to him/her.
